You’re the expert in your life… I am just trained and skilled at using a naturally flowing conversation to prompt the change you’re seeking. In our sessions, I’ll show you how to be vulnerable and genuine by being that way myself. I’ll laugh at your jokes, you can tell me all your quirks, show me your favorite dog photos or the latest Tik Tok trend.  

Then we’ll get down to the hard work, because, honestly therapy is hard work, for both of us. But it is also equally rewarding, fulfilling, life-giving work.

My goal is to reinforce desirable behaviors and eliminate unwanted ones. I will help you identify problem areas and give you strategies for managing them.

You’ll learn how to identify the behavior patterns that keep the problems past their due date. This journey isn’t meant to take forever. You don’t have time for that. My mission is to get you to where you want to be, effectively and efficiently!

Much attention is focused on the importance of our physical and mental health, but what about our spiritual health?

I will work with you to help recognize negative cycles in your life and create new cycles of positivity. When you are able to emanate positivity and peace, you bring more of it into your life. When you have a healthy relationship with yourself, you will attract others who also respect you.

When you lead from the heart, you invite others to do the same.

Domestic Violence Support

Through my domestic violence support I offer a safe space where you can begin to heal, while being taught self-sufficiency and how to make plans for a safer future. If for any reasons I am unable to fully support you, I also offer information and referrals to other local services and licensed therapists.
