Yes, we’re laughing on purpose. And yes—it actually helps.

Laughter Yoga combines intentional laughter with deep yogic breathing and gentle, playful movement.

You don’t need jokes, a sense of humor, or even to feel happy to begin. Your body responds to the laughter, real or intentional, just the same.

Why Laughter Yoga for Trauma + Grief?

Grief and trauma often leave us feeling breathless, heavy, and alone. Laughter Yoga offers a gentle way back to breath, voice, and joy.
