Discover the Light in You!

Mental health is an extension of your spiritual well-being

Discover How I Can Help!

Get on the Path to Health with Counseling Services

It is my firm belief that people are often stronger than they believe themselves to be and have within them the capacity to heal. I am here to help you tap into that strength. You are capable of greatness!

  • Greatness is already inside of you… Maybe it’s raw, untapped, and undeveloped, but it’s there. It’s magic… a superpower… a light that shines within.
  • One of your greatest and most rewarding objectives in life is to discover the light that shines within you. To study it and understand it, to give it fuel and focus, to let it fill you with purpose and drive, and to ultimately let it out and let it shine.
  • The world deserves the light that’s inside of you and you deserve to experience the joy and fulfillment that come when both your “life’s mission” and your “life” finally come into alignment.

About Dr. T. Latrice

Left Human Hand Photo

Over the past 20 years, I have had the honor of accompanying countless individuals in their journey towards living more authentic and fulfilling lives. As a counselor, my role is to walk with you  on your journey to wholeness providing encouragement and support along the way. It is my belief that we all function on the beliefs that were instilled in us at an early age and these beliefs are reinforced throughout our childhood into our adulthood. When we learn and begin to challenge these “beliefs” and “truths” we discover our true selves and the light that has been diminished over time.

Dr. T. Latrice (Tiffany Latrice Graham) is a proud Appalachian State University graduate. She holds a MA in Clinical Counseling from Webster University and a PhD in Human Services with a concentration in Family Studies and Intervention Strategies from Walden University. Dr. Latrice has over twenty years of experience in helping others transform their lives. She is the owner of The Lighter Side Counseling Center, where her motto is “Discover the Light in YOU.”

My overall mission is to guide you in increasing self-awareness, self-love and self-efficacy through helping you identify your own inner power.

Domestic Violence Support

Domestic violence involves the physical, sexual, financial, and emotional abuse of one person by another in order to intimidate, humiliate or frighten the victim as a way of maintaining power and control.

About the Book

Dying to Be Married details Dr. T. Latrice’s journey to self-love. Self-love is the one thing they tell us to do, but no one tells us how to do it. The journey of self-love is really an inside job and you owe it to yourself to take the journey. On her journey, she was determined to love a man to wholeness, all while dying herself. She wanted him to want her and he needed her to need him. Their relationship was toxic, but that was all they knew. So, they made it look good. She remembers being told to “fake it, till you make it.” Who comes up with this nonsense? No one told her that self-sacrifice in order to be loved is merely codependence.
